DFA International Social Core Equity Portfolio Institutional Class Shares 

This fund aims to invest primarily in companies operating within developed economies that the Advisor has specifically designated as suitable markets. As a general, non-fundamental policy, the portfolio will typically allocate at least 80% of its net assets to equity securities. The fund may obtain exposure to these approved market companies by purchasing equity instruments in the form of depositary receipts, which have the flexibility to be listed or traded outside the issuing company's native country.
