Federated Hermes Global Allocation Fund Institutional Shares 

This fund employs a comprehensive investment approach, diversifying its capital across a spectrum of asset classes, including but not limited to equities and fixed-income securities, with no fixed proportions. A substantial allocation of its total assets will generally target investments located outside the United States. The portfolio will be geographically distributed across various countries and regions globally, encompassing the U.S., and will always include exposure to a minimum of three distinct national markets.
