Federated Hermes MDT Small Cap Core Fund 

This fund aims for long-term growth in investment value. It primarily allocates assets to common shares of smaller American corporations. To maintain its specific focus, a minimum of 80% of its net assets (including any borrowed capital for investment purposes) will be dedicated to small company investments. The investment advisor employs a small-capitalization strategy, predominantly selecting portfolio holdings from the companies listed in the Russell 2000® Index.
