This fund aims for substantial overall growth in its early stages. As the year 2035 — its target retirement date — draws closer and then passes, its strategy gradually shifts to prioritize generating income for investors, while still seeking modest capital appreciation. It is specifically designed for individuals planning to retire around 2035 and who expect to draw upon their investment gradually throughout their retirement years. To achieve its goals, the fund diversifies its portfolio across stocks (equities), bonds (debt), and highly liquid assets (cash/cash equivalents). It primarily does this by investing in other mutual funds and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) within the same family of investment companies. In certain limited circumstances, it may also allocate capital to passive ETFs managed by external advisory firms, or make direct investments in specific securities and other financial instruments.
