Lazard International Strategic Equity Portfolio Institutional Shares 

The fund primarily invests in shares of international companies, predominantly common stocks, whose main operations are located in countries comprising the MSCI EAFE Index. The Investment Manager selects these firms based on their assessment of undervaluation, considering factors like earnings, cash flow, or asset values. Up to 15% of the portfolio may be allocated to companies conducting their principal business activities in emerging markets. Typically, a minimum of 80% of the fund's total assets will be committed to equity investments.
