Meeder Conservative Allocation Fund Retail Class 

This fund employs a diversified investment approach, primarily allocating capital to fixed income securities while also including equity investments. Its direct holdings can span common and preferred stocks, as well as various debt instruments. Additionally, the portfolio has the discretion to invest in a broad array of other investment vehicles, such as domestic and foreign mutual funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), closed-end funds, and unit investment trusts. A key component of its strategy is a defined asset allocation range: the fund will invest between 0% and 30% of its net assets in equity securities, including direct stock holdings or underlying funds with equity exposure. Conversely, the substantial majority of the portfolio, ranging from 70% to 100% of net assets, will be dedicated to fixed income securities.
