The Meridian Growth Fund primarily targets small and mid-capitalization growth companies. The Investment Adviser aims to identify firms poised for significant revenue and earnings expansion, believing they have the potential to achieve above-average financial growth. This selection is based on several key indicators, such as robust sales volume and unit growth, expanding industry trends, strong or improving returns on assets and equity, and a healthy balance sheet. Furthermore, the fund has the flexibility to allocate up to 25% of its total assets, as measured at the time of acquisition, to international companies, including those operating within emerging market economies.
