Catalyst Insider Income Fund Class I 

The Catalyst Insider Income Fund Class I aims to generate ongoing income for its investors. It primarily achieves this by investing in short-term corporate bonds issued by U.S. companies. A key part of its strategy is to select bonds from businesses, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), where the executives are actively buying shares of their own company's common stock. While the fund has the flexibility to acquire corporate debt of any credit quality, effective maturity, or average modified duration, the advisor's intention is for the majority of the portfolio to consist of investment-grade corporate bonds. These are typically chosen to have an average effective maturity of under four years and an average duration of less than three and a half years. This fund is structured as non-diversified.
