Neuberger Real Estate Fund Trust Class 

This investment vehicle seeks comprehensive financial returns by strategically allocating capital within the real estate securities market. Its core objective is to generate both long-term capital appreciation and a consistent flow of income. The fund typically commits a significant portion—at least four-fifths (80%)—of its net assets to equity instruments issued by Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), along with common stocks and other securities from companies primarily engaged in the real estate sector. For its purposes, a real estate enterprise is defined as one that derives at least half of its revenue from, or holds at least 50% of its assets in, real estate. Furthermore, up to one-fifth (20%) of its net assets may be directed towards debt obligations issued by such real estate firms. It is structured as a non-diversified portfolio.
