Toews Managed Risk Equity Fund 

The fund's adviser endeavors to fulfill its investment objectives by primarily allocating capital across three key areas: 1. Derivative instruments: These include, but are not limited to, futures contracts tied to equity indices, encompassing companies of any market capitalization. 2. Fixed income securities: Debt instruments designed to provide regular income. 3. Cash equivalents: Highly liquid, short-term investments.
