Nuveen Real Asset Income Fund Class R6 

The Nuveen Real Asset Income Fund (NRIFX) primarily aims to generate income by allocating a minimum of 80% of its total investment capital (encompassing both net assets and any leveraged funds) into securities issued by companies operating in real asset sectors. A key criterion for these investments is that the underlying companies must be generating income at the time of acquisition. Its portfolio strategy allows for investment in both equity and debt instruments. However, the fund maintains a strict cap, ensuring that its holdings in debt securities do not exceed 40% of its net assets. While the fund may incorporate non-U.S. (international) securities into its holdings, its exposure to emerging market economies is specifically limited to a maximum of 50% of its net assets at the point of purchase.
