Virtus Duff & Phelps Global Infrastructure Fund Class I 

The fund's primary objectives are to achieve long-term growth in value for its investors and to provide regular income payouts. It pursues these goals by investing worldwide in companies that operate within the infrastructure sector. These businesses are involved in critical areas such as energy production and distribution, utilities (like water and electricity), transportation networks, and communication systems. Under typical market conditions, the fund generally allocates a substantial portion—at least 80%—of its total assets to dividend-paying stock investments in these infrastructure-focused companies. These companies are diversified across a minimum of three different countries globally, with a mandatory allocation to the United States. Additionally, at least 25% of the fund's assets will be invested in securities issued by U.S.-based companies.
