The Wasatch Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund aims for sustained capital appreciation over the long term. Its primary strategy involves investing in smaller companies with strong economic ties to emerging markets. Specifically, the fund allocates a minimum of 80% of its total net assets (which includes any borrowed capital for investment) to the equity holdings of these small-capitalization firms operating within developing economies.
