Allspring Growth Fund 

This fund aims to deliver significant long-term capital appreciation for its investors. It primarily invests in equity securities, dedicating a minimum of 80% of its total assets to stocks. Up to 25% of the portfolio may also be allocated to foreign companies' shares, typically accessed through American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) or similar investment vehicles. The fund's investment approach focuses on selecting companies that the advisor believes demonstrate strong prospects for sustained and healthy growth in both their sales and profits.
