Neotech Metals 

Neotech Metals Corp., a mineral exploration company, engages in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of resource properties. The company explores for rare earth elements, niobium, and tantalum deposits. It holds interest in the TREO property that covers 35 mineral claims located near Prince George, British Columbia; the Foothills property comprised of nine claims, which covers approximately 16,517 hectares situated in northeast of Kelowna, central British Columbia. It also holds an option agreement to acquire 100% interest in the Hecla-Kilmer property consists of 224 claims covering an area of approximately 4,617 hectares located in Northern Ontario. The company was formerly known as Caravan Energy Corporation and changed its name to Neotech Metals Corp. in October 2023. Neotech Metals Corp. was incorporated in 2020 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
