Fundrise Innovation Fund, LLC is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide total return through long-term capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in private and public technology companies, directly or indirectly, with a primary focus on the equity securities (e.g., common stock, preferred stock, and convertible debt) of certain privately held, mid-to-late-stage, growth companies (Portfolio Companies), or other investments (including derivatives, exchange-traded funds, and other pooled investment vehicles) that have economic characteristics similar to investments in technology companies.
