This segment also provides virtual care and rehabilitation and assessments. The company was formerly known as Premier Health Group Inc. and changed its name to CloudMD Software & Services Inc. in February 2020. CloudMD Software & Services Inc. was incorporated in 2013 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. As of July 9, 2024, CloudMD Software & Services Inc. was taken private.
