DigitalX Limited, an Australian company founded in 1988 and headquartered in West Perth, focuses on two core areas: creating blockchain-based products and managing investments in digital assets. Its operations are segmented into Product Development (also known as Blockchain Consulting) and Asset Management. The Product Development division offers specialized services such as consultation, technical due diligence, and custom design and development solutions to businesses. This segment is also responsible for the creation of new products utilizing blockchain, regulatory technology (RegTech), and financial technology (FinTech). Among its notable offerings are Drawbridge, a RegTech solution assisting publicly listed companies with compliance and corporate governance, and Sell My Shares, an online service facilitating share transactions. The Asset Management division is dedicated to overseeing various digital asset portfolios, including the DigitalX Fund and the DigitalX BTC Fund, which are tailored for high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
