WCRS's Consumer Finance segment provides sub-prime, short-term, uncollateralized, non-recourse cash advance and installment loans, alongside check cashing and various other financial services. It also owns and manages retail pawn shops. By December 31, 2021, the company's operational footprint included 229 cellular retail outlets, 19 payday loan establishments across Iowa, Kansas, North Dakota, and Wyoming, and 3 pawn shops located in Nebraska and Iowa.
