The primary objective of this fund is to achieve substantial long-term capital growth. It primarily invests in the stock market (equity securities) of companies spanning the globe, encompassing both well-established developed nations and burgeoning emerging economies. Under typical market conditions, the fund is structured to diversify its investments across a minimum of three countries, including the United States. Furthermore, a substantial portion—at least 40% of its assets—is dedicated to foreign companies. The fund has the discretion to allocate capital to emerging markets, with this exposure potentially reaching the higher of two thresholds: either 30% of its total assets or three times the emerging markets weighting within the MSCI All Country World Index.
