Rubix Resources Limited engages in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mineral resource projects in Australia and Canada. It holds 100% interests in the Paperbark project comprising one exploration permit covering an area of approximately 75 square kilometers located near the Gulf of Carpentaria, Northwest Queensland; the Etheridge project, which include four granted exploration permits covering an area of 49 square kilometers located in the Georgetown Inlier, North Queensland; the Lake Johnston project consists of one exploration license application covering an area of approximately 63 square kilometers in 31 sub-blocks located in the Archaean Lake Johnston greenstone belt, Western Australia; and the Collurabbie North project that include two exploration license applications covering an area of approximately 344 square kilometers in 113 sub-blocks located in the northeast margin of the Yilgarn Craton, Western Australia. The company also holds 100% interests in the Ceiling Lithium project located in the James Bay, Quebec; and the Fiery Creek Redbeds project that consists of four license applications located in the southeastern end of the Termite Range Fault. Rubix Resources Limited was incorporated in 2021 and is based in Perth, Australia.
