Typically, at least 80% of the fund's capital will be allocated to securities issued by companies whose primary operations lie within the real estate sector. This encompasses a broad spectrum of enterprises, including those directly involved in real estate development, ownership, or management, as well as businesses that provide services to or are otherwise closely associated with the broader real estate ecosystem. Furthermore, the fund's allocation to debt instruments is capped at 20% of the series' total assets, a limit determined at the time of purchase.
