The company was formerly known as Beijing Urban Construction Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Limited in October 2013. Beijing Urban Construction Design & Development Group Co., Limited was founded in 1958 and is based in Wanchai, Hong Kong.
