The Fund employs a passive, indexing strategy, concentrating its investments primarily in large-cap U.S. stocks. These securities are selected based on their value characteristics and their compliance with specific environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria. The fund's objective is to replicate the investment returns, prior to fees and expenses, of the Nuveen ESG USA Large-Cap Value Index.
