IRPC Public Company Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in petroleum and petrochemical business in Thailand, Singapore, and internationally. The company operates through three segments: Petroleum Products, Petrochemical Products, and Other Business. It offers refinery, lubricant, asphalt, olefins, aromatics, plastic resins, and other petrochemical products; generates and distributes power, industrial water, and air systems; and provides wastewater treatment for industrial customers. The company also offers port services and storage tank services. In addition, it is involved in the provision of asset management activities; operation of vocational schools; sale of oil products and gas; manufacture and sale of non-woven fabric products and medical consumables; distribution of petrochemical products, plastic resins, and chemical products; rental of oil vessels; production and distribution of fertilizer products; and power plant, jetty, and other utilities businesses. The company was formerly known as Thai Petrochemical Industry Public Company Limited and changed its name to IRPC Public Company Limited in October 2006. IRPC Public Company Limited was incorporated in 1978 and is headquartered in Rayong, Thailand.
