Huadian Power International Corporation Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the sale of power fand thermal products in the People's Republic of China. The company is involved in the construction and operation of power plants, including large-scale and fuel-fired power plants; and coal and gas-fired power generation units and renewable energy projects. It also engages in the coal production and sales; coal mine machinery equipment and accessories sale; power project consulting and engineering services; power construction project management and consulting; investment and asset management; coal wholesale business; and construction and operation of wharf projects. As of December 31, 2024, the company had 46 controlled power plants with a total installed capacity of approximately 59,818.62 MW, including a total of approximately 46,750 MW through coal-fired power generating units and 9,094.59 MW through gas-fired generating units; and approximately 2,459 MW through hydropower generating units.
