This fund is designed to meet its investment objectives by typically allocating capital to debt instruments that result in a dollar-weighted average maturity of under two years and a dollar-weighted average duration of less than one year. It possesses the flexibility to commit as much as 25% of its net assets to Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs). Additionally, the fund may hold shares in other pooled investment products, including both closed-end and open-end funds, which could take the form of traditional mutual funds, Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), or Business Development Companies (BDCs).
