Healios K.K. is a biotechnology firm specializing in the innovation, development, production, and commercialization of cell therapy and regenerative medicine products, with operations spanning Japan, Europe, and the United States. The company's robust pipeline features several advanced cellular and tissue-based therapies: iPSC-derived regenerative medicines HLCR011 and HLCR012, which target age-related macular degeneration; HLCL041, an iPSC regenerative medicine for metabolic liver disease; HLCM051, a regenerative treatment for ischemic stroke and acute respiratory distress syndrome; and HLCN061, currently under development for solid tumor indications.
