Mhmm, tasty dividend! Realty is holding up quite well at around 50€.

46.60€ net dividend :-) Yes, the 50€ price suits them well, although they could still go down a bit. It seems that the FED doesn't want to lower interest rates anymore, at least not this year.

I find it exciting to see how the market could have already priced that in - secretly hoping that my REITs will still go up despite the first interest rate cut :D

The valuation for Realty is around $64. But they somehow haven't reached that point. So I don't think the interest rate is already priced in. We'll see. 2025 is right around the corner.
