Realty Income Raises 2024 Earnings and Capital Expenditure Guidance The Monthly Dividend Company ® , today announced that it has revised its 2024 outlook. The Company now expects adjusted earnings per share (AFFO) to be in a range of $4.15 to $4.21 per diluted share, compared to the previous guidance of $4.13 to $4.21 per diluted share. The Company also now expects capital expenditures to be approximately $3.0 billion in 2024, compared to the previous guidance of $2.0 billion. "We are pleased to raise our full-year AFFO per share and capital expenditures guidance, reflecting our continued confidence in our business prospects as we approach the midpoint of the year," said Sumit Roy , President and CEO of Realty Income.

SAN DIEGO, June 11, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Realty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company ® , announced today that they are increasing the monthly cash dividend for the company's common stock to $0.2630 per share from $0.2625 per share previously. The dividend will be paid on July 15, 2024 to shareholders of record as of July 1, 2024. This is the 126th dividend increase since Realty Income was listed on the NYSE in 1994. The new monthly dividend equates to an annualized dividend amount of $3.156 per share compared to the previous annualized dividend amount of $3.150 per share.
