It also engages in the leasing and land development activities; trading of electricity in the wholesale electricity spot market; distribution of petroleum products; financing activities; and advisory/consultancy activities. The company was formerly known as AC Energy Corporation and changed its name to Acen Corporation in July 2022. The company was incorporated in 1969 and is based in Makati City, the Philippines. Acen Corporation is a subsidiary of AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation.
