Today November 13th, during the Q3 presentation, the company announced a NOK 35,00 dividend. The stock is up between 8-9% so far today, hovering around NOK 72,00, but still priced far below the consensus target of NOK 86,00. So, the upside is still considerable. And on top of that is the very plausible possibility of GSF selling Rogaland and remaining assets, which would bring the stock up to the NOK 115-125 range.
After selling Finnmark/Canada assets to Mitsubishi's Cermaq, target price NOK 86. If Rogaland is sold, and I think the probability of that happening is high, the price target range will be NOK 115-125. Hence, current price of NOK 68 is a steal. The board has recommended payment of an extraordinary dividend. The amount is not yet known. Speculations range from NOK 30-45. The GM will decide on this after settlement of the Cermaq deal is done. Expect late November.
