The BondBloxx IR+M Tax-Aware Short Duration ETF operates as an actively managed exchange-traded fund, meaning it does not aim to mirror the performance of any specific market index. Instead, its investment strategy dictates that, under typical market conditions, a minimum of 80% of its total capital (inclusive of any funds acquired through borrowing for investment purposes) will be allocated to a diversified collection of U.S. dollar-denominated, high-quality (investment-grade) fixed-income debt securities. These holdings may be obtained either directly or through indirect methods, such as utilizing derivatives.
