Janus Henderson Small-Mid Cap Value Fund Class S 

The Janus Henderson Small-Mid Cap Value Fund aims to achieve its investment objectives by primarily focusing on a specific type of equity. Under normal operating conditions, the fund dedicates at least 80% of its total assets (including any capital obtained through borrowing for investment purposes) to purchasing common stocks. These stocks are issued by small and mid-sized companies. The fund defines these companies as those whose market capitalization does not exceed the 12-month average of the maximum market capitalization found within the Russell 2500™ Value Index. Additionally, the fund's portfolio managers retain the flexibility to increase its holdings in cash or similar liquid investments. This typically occurs when they perceive market conditions to be unfavorable for new investments, or when they are unable to identify sufficiently attractive investment opportunities.
