Lord Abbett Bond Debenture Fund Class F3 

This fund primarily pursues its investment objective by dedicating a minimum of 80% of its net assets, including any funds borrowed for investment purposes, to a diverse range of bonds, debentures, and other fixed-income instruments. A notable portion of its portfolio may also be allocated to higher-yielding, lower-rated debt securities, commonly known as "junk bonds" or "below investment grade" bonds. Additionally, the fund is permitted to invest up to 20% of its net assets in equity securities, which may encompass common stocks, preferred stocks, convertible preferred stocks, and similar share types.
