About

The BMO Ultra Short-Term US Bond ETF primarily allocates capital to short-dated US fixed-income instruments. These include highly liquid money market securities, as well as corporate and government bonds, all of which are restricted to a maximum maturity of one year. While the fund has the flexibility to incorporate various floating-rate assets, such as adjustable-rate bonds or preferred shares, their interest rate reset frequency must be annual or more frequent, even if their ultimate contractual term extends up to five years. Operated as an actively managed portfolio, investment professionals leverage comprehensive market and financial analysis to make discretionary decisions regarding asset acquisition, disposal, and retention.
